Kenwood Go Stand Mixer (Storm Blue)

So pleased with my mixer. Its the perfect size for easy storage and does the job. Also pretty enough to leave out if you want. Also excellent value for money

This is not a good purchase. The bowl is small with no handle and very difficult to twist and take out. The kneading hook does not pick flour from sides. This not worth the money, has no speed modes lable

I received my mixer for my birthday a month ago. have used it twice and so far has been good. Love the handle on the top to pick it up with . great idea

Living in an apartment I was looking for something smaller, lighter that I could put away and bring back out to use. This perfectly fits that. The handle and lighter weight makes it easy to take out. The retractable cord is very helpful. The machine itself is great although I can see it may not be able to handle double batches but I am not using it for that. I have made cheese cake, cookies, mousse and it's worked well for each.

I've always bought Kenwood appliances, they are well designed and reliable. I gave my kmix mixer to my son as I'm a pensioner who found it very robust and heavy. I'm delighted with my new Kenwood Go Mixer, it's lighter and less bulky, easy to use and still does an amazing job with making cakes .

Very happy with purchase. Have used to bake a cake , beat cream , beat egg whites for pavlova . Does the job super quick , very easy to assemble , clean and store

Got this for my husband who loves to bake and make bread. Due to arthritis in his hands and wrists and difficulty using a hand mixer he had given up on baking. This little machine has been a lifesaver. He is now able to enjoy baking and bread making again as it takes care of the manual work involved. First time using a stand mixer and only had for a month, but so far very impressed with the ease of use and performance, not to mention easy to store due to its compact size. Meringue and cream is whipped to perfection in no time and the dough hook does all the hard work of kneading. It's great seeing him back in the kitchen enjoying his baking and I get the benefit of having home made bread and other tasty treats!

I was very excited to be able to buy a stand mixer that wasn't huge and too heavy. Also a good price. Very disappointed that when I tried to cream butter and sugar twice the mixture just stuck to the side of the bowl and didn't go creamy and a lighter colour. I adjusted the K beater as far down as possible but it made no difference. I wish my old Sunbeam mixer with it's 2 beaters was still working.

This new Kenwood Go stand mixer is to replace my 53 year old Kenwood Chefette which still works but struggles a bit. This Go stand model fits right in the same spot as my old mixer so that was perfect. The 800w motor was another factor for my purchase. My first attempt was egg whites which my old mixer struggled with and wow this time meringue was so fluffy and light.

Overall, this is a capable machine for its price point and a great option for those new to stand mixers or on a tight budget. It serves its purpose well, but there are a few design quirks to be aware of. ​Pros: ​Great Value: Performs all the basic mixing functions you need at an affordable price. ​Quiet Operation: Runs very quietly, particularly when mixing lighter batters and liquids. ​Compact Size: Ideal for smaller kitchens with limited counter space. ​Cons: ​Incomplete Mixing: The attachments don't reach the edges or bottom of the bowl, requiring you to frequently stop and scrape down the sides. ​Impractical Splash Guard: The design makes it difficult to add ingredients while the machine is running, forcing you to remove it entirely. ​Missing Attachment: I was unable to locate the small chop attachment. ​Bottom Line: I would recommend this for casual bakers or as a starter mixer. It's effective, but I plan to upgrade in the future for a more robust model.

Great mixer. Perfect for my needs. Looks so sleek and modern. Stores easily. The handle on top makes it so easy to move in and out of the cupboard. My mother had a Kenwood Chef when I was a child (1960s) and it was used for over 40 years, so I knew the brand was reliable. I’m trying to bake more of my own goods so I know exactly what I’m consuming, and this makes the job all the more enjoyable.

I am in love with Kenwood go stand mixer. I really like its sleek design and its amazing colour. It is so easy to use and quiet compared to some other mixers I have used in the past. It is also easy to clean after use. It is just a perfect size appliance for my kitchen which doesn’t take much room at all. Despite its compact size, it has 800W motor which is quite powerful. It is a versatile tool which comes with dough tool, balloon whisk,K- beater and a metal bowl. The handle on the top and its light weight makes it easier to lift. I baked some cakes and some bread rolls using it and they were delicious. Overall I am very happy with this stand mixer and I would highly recommend it.

What an amazing mixer! I love the style of this machine, it’s so sleek and the storm blue colour makes this such a stylish appliance. It has loads of extra features including a carry handle, splash guard and handy measuring spoon. There are three different tools including a k-beater which gave me the most delicious cupcake icing in an Instant, a whisk and dough tool - perfect for home made bread! The speed controls are so easy to use and it’s not super noisy which I love. The whole machine is really easy to clean and when I’m done I slide it back into the cupboard, it doesn’t take up loads of room which is perfect for a smaller kitchen! I whipped up a batch of vanilla cupcakes with strawberry icing in no time, this mixer really is a beauty!

This stand mixer was fantastic! First time user and it was easy to put together, use while baking and clean. It worked perfectly and was very quiet, whipping up a cheesecake with ease. It looks gorgeous from an aesthetic point of view. Will recommend!

This is an awesome mixer. It handles heavy loads such as pizza dough beautifully and has made easy work of everything else we have mixed. The button to lift the lid and the controls for speed are so easy and accessible while using the machine. It is very quiet and simple to use, especially with the removable lid to stop the dry ingredients from shooting everywhere. The metal construction makes it feel like it’s sturdy, but doesn’t make it feel heavy. The ease of cleaning is fantastic. There are no strange grooves or anything for the ingredients to get stuck in. The bonus is the handle, which is really handy for us because we have a small kitchen and don’t generally sit the mixer on the bench. I definitely recommend this mixer.

Used it to make mini baked cheese cakes for a party. Not noisy at all. Pretty straight forward and easy to use. I didn’t need to read the instructions. Easy to clean and take parts off. The handle is useful for moving it around.

I was super excited when I received this product, it was like a dream come true! I have always enjoyed baking with my kids but using this machine was another level! The job got done much quicker and the results were so much better. It was awesome to just put the ingredients inside, start the machine and go about doing other chores. It allows me to make healthy snack for the children more conveniently. The motor works a wonder without creating too much noise. The mixing bowl is a fantastic size, providing ample space for the ingredients to mix and even make large batches. There are six power levels, so I started from slow and gradually moved to higher speed. The splash guard is such a great accessory and particulary useful when mixing cake batters or icing. I have used Kenwood Go Stand mixer for baking cookies, cakes and flat breads and wasnt disappointed with the result.

I am now obsessed with this stand mixer. I am currently creating new cupcake and muffin flavours for the school lunch boxes. The stand mixer is so easy to use, easy to clean and the attachments are the useful ones (I’m looking at what I can make next!). It’s loud but what stand mixer doesn’t make noise (it’s quieter than my previous one though). Great price and very stylish to have displayed on your counter top.
