Shake well before use.1. Take a cotton pad and saturate with remover.2. Place over eyes. Hold for 10 seconds to let remover work its magic!3. Gently wipe away to remove wisps and Bond & Seal.4. Repeat as necessary until there is no more Bond & Seal residue left.
