Good quality product, consistent results. Quick and easy to use with different breads. Somewhat costly.

This has to be the best toaster I have ever bought. It toasts the bread perfect every time. Would recommend it to anyone who is thinking about buying a new toaster.

I am glad I purchased this 2 slice toaster. It looks great in my kitchen amongst my other stainless steel appliances. The toast comes out beautifully coloured when it pops up. It is ultra easy to use.

I use this mainly for toasts but also do put in random stuff like fish fingers and others. It’s great and easy to use. The buttons are quite intuitive and it’s a great addition to my kitchen.

This toaster is great, nice and wide for thick bread! But I do miss the features of my old discontinued Kitchen Aid toaster, automatic everything! This one requires more operation, I must have become lazy …..

This kitchen aid toaster has solved all my emotional trauma the small appliance worrld has caused me. After purchasing most of the toasters on the market trying to achieve the simple goal of a well cooked slice of toast with just the right amount of crunch but still has the soft and fluffy centre we all dream about. but of course no pasty courners. Kitchen Aid has done what no other could do. Well done Kitchen Aid

the heating element on the outside section of the toaster is not equal in performance to the inside element. I called Kitchen Aid help line and they assured me that it just needs to be used a bit more and then it will 'be all good" still waiting!

So happy with this purchase. The foolish is fingerprint free and it always today’s to perfection. Thank you.

Our “old” kitchen-aide toaster went pop! inside the warranty period. The old long model had poorly designed controls.They sent me a refund straight away. Excellent service! Anyway, they have improved the design of the toast lever which now resembles a piece of toast. Easy! The darkness control could be slightly smaller or of a design which avoids inadvertently changing the toast duration.

This is the most money I have ever spent on a toaster. We have had it for a long time but no matter what setting we have it on it never has cooked evenly.

This toaster does a great job. The bread is evenly toasted on both sides (unlike my previous toaster) and is easy to operate. The riser control neatly ejects the slices and they don't get stuck in the machine

I bought this 3 weeks ago to replace the kitchen aid toaster that i have had for 10 years, the new one is great but you have to defrost the bread before you toast it. didnt have to do that with the old one. cooks the bread very envenly.

I bought this toaster on sale a month ago and fell in love with the pistachio colour which suits my kitchen colour scheme. You can tell it is a quality toaster and I am very happy with its performance on all settings so far.

Red being my favourite colour, i had to buy it to go with the kettle and hand mixer and stand mixer to have a matching set. It toasts bread reasonably well, i've never found a toaster to be 'perfect' at this simple task we've been doing for many years now. I don't use it for anything else except sliced bread so i cannot comment on other items you can put in there. looks nice on the counter with the other appliances. probably a little on the expensive side just to toast bread, this toaster is all metal apart from the buttons and levers rather than the plastic body pf the previous model. It can be hard to justify the price just to toast slice bread when you can find much cheaper to do the same job, but if you're weak like me to have a matching set then this will certainly look the part in your kitchen with your other KitchenAid products.

I absolutely love this toaster! I’ve been wanting the new model and when it went on sale I swooped! Love the bagel function, works perfectly. It’s nice and quick and toasts perfectly. Couldn’t be happier. The colour matches my mixer and mini chopper. Looks great!

Cooks so evenly and toasts quickly. The quality is obvious when you feel the weight and sturdiness, the smoothness of the lever. Best toaster we’ve ever had.

It’s absurd to be excited about getting a new toaster, I know, but thought that the Kitchen Aid toaster would ensure toasting happiness after not-great experiences with other brands. While our new toaster does what it’s made to do, toast doesn’t brown evenly or particularly well even on the highest setting. It looks great, as you’d expect and feels solid but just toasts, reluctantly.

I got this KMT2109 Toaster the same time as the KEK1701 Kettle my first Kitchen Aid purchases. It looks stylish in the kitchen and cooks toast nicely when you crank it all the way up to the maximum setting (for normal white (Abbotts) bread). I have also cooked raisin bread which it also does a good job of. I bought this product about a month ago and it works well, but, I need to get some crumpets to see how the variable toasting on different sides works, but given that normal bread needs to be put on maximum setting I expect crumpets will need 2 runs through this toaster to crisp up their face. It is quite slow to toast, so would be good if it had a countdown led indicator (so you don't feel the need to check on its progress, which you can't do as it doesn't have a lift to look mechanism) Overall this seems to be a well made toaster and I look forward to using it for some time into the future.
