Kodak Pixpro WPZ2 Waterproof Digital Compact Camera (Yellow)

Bought a new camera for snorkeling, and diving down to 10 meters. Sealed everything as directed on the instructions, but leaked even just on the surface. No warranty. Glad that my $300 got me a quality product.. Very disappointed

It's not waterproof. Not even a year and it's broken

I initially really liked this camera and believed it was a quality purchase for the price and from all the reviews I'd watched and read. I just wanted a little digicam that I could bring around with me whilst travelling, and it worked amazing underwater too. It had great quality for that digicam look that I desired. Easy to use, aesthetic, small enough to carry around, and the companion app was great to get your files instantly onto your phone. Unfortunately just 4 months after purchase I started experiencing some glitches, as in it would suddenly not be able to record or freeze and only taking out the battery and restarting would it work again. I ignored it as it didnt happen often, until eventually after a couple months of this its completely stopped being able to show the viewfinder screen besides when charging. I've tried a new battery and restarting, and nothing works, and I don't believe there was any water let in. Quite disappointed I can no longer use it now...and it would cost more to try to fix than to get something else...

Love the camera fits it perfectly in my hand and i love the modes

I love this camera. The photos come out great with multiple modes of filters and flashes including underwater mode. Photos look much better at night with flash, but the vintage look of during the day is really cute. The memory is pretty big (currently got 700 on there, including videos, and haven't run out of space yet) and the transfer is very easy, though I haven't figured out the app yet. If you're looking for a good low-mid range priced camera, this is the way to go

Very disappointed with the picture quality. Used it above water and under using the underwater mode. Photos were a absolute disappointment. Luckily we had a GoPro as backup.

Functions are fairly basic to use, however the main point is to take pics underwater. This is where the camera is a failure. You have to guess what you aim at underwater, as the LCD screen cannot be seen. Very frustrating when you are trying to shoot fish, coral, friends, and have to keep surfacing to to check the shots because you have no idea if the subject was in frame/focus when you press the button. Also, contrary to the salesperson’s assurance, pictures cannot be downloaded via wifi.
