1. Right out of the shower, towel-dry your hair to remove excess water. 2. While hair is still wet, spray 5-10 pumps evenly from roots to ends. 3. Good but not perfect

One o the products arrived dented and leaking.

Not for high porosity hair

Unfortunately it does not work well with my high porosity hair, medium thick and medium coarse wavy/curly hair. I overlooked that there is proteins quite high on the ingredient list and it makes my hair straw like. My hair does not usually like too much protein. My daughter has very different hair to me, being very straight, medium density and it does nothing to her hair that makes me want to repurchase. We'll use it up but that's about all. Not buying again.
