Directions Tablets may be sucked, chewed or swallowed. Tablets to be taken up to 30 minutes before the start of the journey to prevent travel sickness, or at the onset of nausea. Children 8 to 12 years: Take 1 to 2 tablets. Repeat every 4 to 6 hours if necessary. Do not exceed 4 tablets in 24 hours. Children 2 to 7 years: Take ½ tablet. Repeat every 4 to 6 hours if necessary.
