Bought this product because it says it can turn brown hair

Bought this product because it says it can turn brown hair to purple, but so disappointed with it. It turns my hair black! It is really shiny, but you can only see the shade of dark purple when the sun shines on it. I would have given this 5 star if it really turns my hair purple, despite that, the smell is not strong, it really leaves your hair shiny.

Absolutely rubbish

Absolutely rubbish. I already had a bit of purple in my hair but the rest of my hair was a brown. I wanted more purple in my hair. It made all of my hair super dark brown?? With a tint of maybe red. I'm so unhappy with the results and now I'll have to go to the hairdressers to fix it to get my purple back. Do not buy this product!!!

i bought this hair dye yesterday and dyed my hair tonight

i bought this hair dye yesterday and dyed my hair tonight. i had recently had blonde highlights put in my hair and didnt like it so i dyed it bright purple using a different brand but it faded so wanted to retouch it up using this one thinking it would be bright purple also but it turned my hair a dark red/brown and not purple. the conditioner left my hair extremely smooth, only plus that came out of it.
