Inconsistent colour do not recommend

Used the dye at home and I look like a tiger! I followed the instructions and left on for 35 minutes. Called the hotline for advice and they advised I need colour correction. Not what I expected and do not recommend this product. The colour is inconsistent.

Excellent service and excellent products

I used Preference bleach and bought the Preference toner at the same time. I keep my hair very short. The bleach does turn my hair orange but the toner always works to do its job. I called the 1300 number and they gave me excellent advise. You can use the toner after the bleach in the same hair colouring session. Which isn’t in the product information. You have to wash the bleach out and partially dry your hair without the conditioner. Then apply the toner for 5 mins and after washing that out apply the conditioner. I got an excellent result. The ladies on the phone recommended that and it worked beautifully. I recommend these products are used together as I’ve described.

Easy Peasy

Super easy to apply. Was feeling a cruella deville vibe for halloween and watched a few tutorials in how to do at home balyage. The bleach smelt great and lifted really easy. Absolutely will buy again!

Good hair die

I found the product to be easy to use when following the instructions. The product didn't have a smell like most hair products do. I didn't have to wait to long for it to start working on my hair. I love the colour that I got.

Okay but not for me

The bleach/dye applied well but after it had finished processing and it was washed out it came out very patchy. It was correctly applied. I would only recommend this product to anyone who has already pre-lightened hair as it struggled to lift light brown hair.

Good product

The product does what it says it does, I used it on darker hair and it definitely lightened my hair. I don’t think is enough product in the bottle to do your full head if you have hair longer than your chin though. Overall it wasn’t bad

I wasn’t able to use it as my hair is black but I sent it to my friend and she said it turned out great

Worked great with my dark blonde hair

This worked great with my fine, dark blonde hair. It lightened it and didn't turn our orangey like some other dyes have with my hair type. I was very happy with the results and would try again!
