La Gina Five Bean Mix 400g

A little five bean boost for taco night. I mixed it through the taco filling and it made the meal feel more filling without needing to load it up with extra meat. I really like adding beans to meals because they bring fibre and plant based protein, and they’re such an easy way to make taco night a little more balanced.

Great pantry staple, tricky to find. Had a few supermarket trips before I could locate. Recently been adding beans and legumes to more meals to bulk them up to spread further. Plus the health benefits. Great pantry staple to add to use about any meal.

This has bean a great sample! These were easily located with all of the other tinned beans and chickpeas. This product has been on a price Roller Coaster 🎢 and had a face lift! I quite liked the La Gina Founder Story on the old tin however the new tin has cooking instructions and a recipe instead which is fantastic and very helpful!Priced at $1. 60 for 400g upon collection in December. They then jumped up to $1. 70 before dropping to the seasonal price of $1. 40 June this year. Contains Cannellini Beans, Chickpeas, Red Kidney Beans, Butter Beans, Borlotti Beans, water & salt. Sadly these are packed in Italy from multiple origins, so not necessarily even from Italy!Interesting to see that this Can actually has a clear Best Before Date. Over 2 years which is great for a pantry staple. We enjoyed these in Chili Con Carne wraps. A great pantry staple to have on hand. We will buy these in the future. Thanks a bunch for this sample 💐

Great for nachos. I like using these atop tortillas with melted cheese and salad

Slow cooker or soup additive. Could be used a lot of ways, soup, mexican, slow cooker, straight from can in salads, etc.

Good for a branded product. Due to price I wouldn't buy again, I like my 89c canned beans or dried, but these were a good mix and taste.

Mexican. Great product, wouldbuy again if on special and same price as the store brand as essentially they are the same

Add it to your mexican. Great little add to your fav mexican dish

Beans please. Loved the combination of different beans. Perfect for salads, soups, casseroles, chili. perfect pantry staple.

Good cupboard staple. These beans are very tasty in a bean salad or used in soups and casseroles. Combined with other bean varieties and capsicum to make homemade baked beans. Good beans to have to make a winter dish or summer salad. Highly recommend to have in pantry.
