Fragrance-free and alcohol-free formula contains no drying agents and is specifically designed to comfort the skin and support the skin moisture barrier. Apply 1 patch to dry, clean skin. Tear the sheet along the dotted line to lift off the patch - choosing the correct size. Choose between small or medium-sized patch depending on the size of the blemish. Leave patch on for 3-8 hours or, for best results, leave on overnight. Can be applied morning and/or evening.

These spot patches work in great combination with the other products in this range. Apply to a spot in the evening and it has greatly calmed and reduced its appearance by morning. A must have product for blemish prone skin.

Simply amazing!

I have tried so many versions of these patches to only be disappointed. These patches are the simply amazing. I get cystic spots that can sit for weeks without healing however, using these patches it pulls all of the gunk to the surface and allows the spot to heal from just one patch! The speed at which they heal after that is incredible. Thank you so much for developing these, I wish I had them sooner but I'm so glad they are available now!

The patches are easy to use and there’s plenty in a pack. They attach securely to my skin and stay in place all night. By the time I wake up in the morning, my blemishes appeared reduced. A great product and I’d be happy to recommend it.

Effaclar Duo + M Patches

The Effaclar Duo (+M) patches were the most disappointing patches I’ve tried so far. They’re quite expensive for what you get, especially considering there are only a small number of patches in a pack. While they do the basic job of protecting and helping spots heal, there are definitely better and more effective options out there for a lower price. Overall, I just don’t think they offer enough value compared to other pimple patches on the market. I’d personally skip these and go for a more affordable alternative.

I started using the Effaclar routine when my skin was breaking out more than usual, and honestly it helped simplify everything. I like that it’s just a few steps and doesn’t feel overwhelming. My skin felt cleaner pretty quickly, and over time I noticed fewer breakouts and less oiliness. It’s not one of those routines that works overnight, but it feels like it’s actually improving your skin instead of just covering things up.
