Nice long length but bulky and not sticking well

I like the extra long length but the pads are quite bulky and don’t stick to my panties compared to a different brand I used to buy. I have urge incontinence and often need to sit down on the toilet as quickly as possible but the pads tend to come loose while I pull my panties down and I can’t remove them in time from being stuck between my legs before my bladder decides it’s time to empty, resulting in urine going everywhere except down the toilet because of the pad being in the way. I don’t like using pads with wings as it irritates my skin. I would love these pads if they would stick better and be much thinner.

It is such a relief to be able to deal directly with Tena for my incontinence supplies.
