* For best results we recommend using your LED It Glow Mask for 10 minutes 3-5 days per week. Always use on thoroughly cleansed skin and follow our guide for a customised facial experience at-home.
* Step 1: Cleanse - Start by double cleansing your skin with one of Dr Naomi's Walk Of Shine or Gently Gently cleansers.
* Step 2: Apply Your Serum - Apply 2-3 pumps of Dr Naomi's Care Factor or Let It B serums to clean, dry skin, avoiding the eye area.
* Step 3: Device On - Pop on your LED It Glow mask by placing the straps around the back of your head. Turn ON and settle in to your 10 minute glow-up treatment. To double-dose your glow, double your treatment time to 20 minutes twice a week.
* Step 4: Post Care - In the morning, follow with Care Factor and/or Let It B before applying your favourite moisturiser, followed by Dr Naomi's Screen Time Environmental Shield or SPF 30+ Sunscreen. In the evening, layer on Care Factor and/or Let It B, before massaging in your favourite moisturiser and/or one of Dr Naomi's Swipe Bright or Lift Off super oils.
* Add a few drops of Super Oil to your moisturiser for an extra nourishing glow.
