Fun set, missing piece.

This was a really fun set to build. I thought it was fun the whole way through and it looks amazing on my shelf of legos. My issue however is that I was missing a piece. It wasn't a small piece on the inside where I could improvise, it was on of the feet for the legs of the ship. I really liked this set but I am immensely disappointed.

Some Challenging Parts

A pretty enjoyable build. The wings are obviously repetitive, but the mechanism for expanding the wings is relatively complex and a younger builder may have some issues with that part. Reasonable price range compared to similar sets that are twice as much for some reason, although, still too pricey for what it is as always with Lego these days.

Don't miss out.

I really like this one, I already have three other x-wings, and this is probably the best design out of the four I have, the only thing I have against it is the nose cone, I like the nose cone on the ones from the Tie Fighter mashup, I have two of them and I don't know why you didn't use that same design because it's better, but that's true real, it's still a good set to buy and you probably won't care about the nose cone like I do, and I don't really care that much LOL

New Republic Build

This was just a joy to build. I have built other versions of the X-wing which I loved but the way the wings open on this is epic! It’s not a complicated build, and it’s a repeat to build 4 wings but it looks great at the end. I end up feeling like I am a true supporter of the new republic. I loved this even more after seeing the movie.

An engaging experience to build and exceptional end product. Lego never disappoints.

Two of the best brands together makes for the single best product to review. It would be enough just to have the set already built but it really is a joy to build and watch how the designers make the magic happen. Many times I wondered how it would come together and it always did. The assembled item is solid and well-designed. (I thought I was supposed to make a video. All that wil have to go on the DVD I guess.)

Great build time with great end product

It was a good amount of time to put this Lego together. Finished in a couple of quick sessions. Looks great with my other Lego Star Wars pieces. Was an easy build for those just getting into the hobby or for sharing with older kids.

Exactly what I wanted

From the build to the minifigures this set is packed with details and is an awesome variation from past X-Wings. With the New Rebublic logo and colour scheme it looks great displayed next to the new razor crest and ghost from the Ahsoka show. After all this time getting Carson Teva as a minifigure is also one of the highlights for me. The build experience was very fun and once complete very satisfying.

So much fun!

This was the coolest and funnest Lego set I’ve done in a while! It was unfortunately missing one tiny piece, but it had some extras of others so I was able to substitute it for now. Took about 2.5 hours. I LOVE and was astonished that the wings move, and that it shoots! It was soooo much fun. I may or may have not shot at my boyfriend a few times. Will definitely be buying more sets soon!

This Starfighter build is out of this world!

Three hours of fun stored in this small box! The set includes 5 bags and a very thorough instruction book. The box is not heavy at all, neither is the finished product. It is important to keep track of the small pieces, as some are essential to build. The New Republic X Wing Starfighter is pretty durable, right away the kids were deep into imaginary play allowing it to soar through the living room as they held on. Highly recommend!
