LG MS25960W 25L Smart Inverter Microwave

My last microwave blew up, so was looking for a new one. This one is pretty small but it still fits a dinner plate or a plastic rice cooker inside. I love how sleek it looks and it gives a little song when its done! The settings are good as well. I do find that its not as powerful as my old one so takes a little longer but overall its good value for money and space.

Terrific so far haven’t used all the functions yet. Great size. Easy transaction.

I’m still waiting to receive my item, not happy about the time it’s taking

Does everything I need it to do. Could live without the tune at finish to let me know. A simple beep would have sufficed.

Good price, performance well and looks sexy as well.

Very slim and compact microwave good for the price

Functional Microwave does the job, no bells or whistles. Function is clunky with having to open the door to program all the time, so mainly used for reheating items.

I love this microwave. Heating, reheating, defrosting so good and evenly, nice upgrade from my cheap conventional microwave, so much better. It looks nice, so far easy to stay nice and clean and easy to clean. I use a dry microfibre cloth to wipe over front regularly and sometimes if need to inside and only tiny bit of water on cloth if need to but that's it but hasn't got dirty yet to give it a good clean, it's all it needs, but mostly just been a dry microfibre cloth to keep it nice and keep dust away and keep it looking nice on the front and that's all. I love it. So far so good. Love the tune it plays when turned on and especially when it finishes, it's nice short lovely tune, better than boring beep. Overall, very good microwave, very happy with it

Rang up ordered a black one came in picket it up paidfor it said black on the box got home opened box ,IT WAS WHITE,back for refund ,purchased black one from your competitor!!??

Good microwave. The clock is useless though and gains about 10 minutes per week. Really irritating.

great looking unit that really spruces up any tired kitche. the bright light inside is cool, BUT overall it is a powerful small to medium microwave

Good microwave for the price paid. Does reheat, cook popular meals and does melting butter etc. with ease.

Priced right for this product. Know why you are buying this size microwave. We assessed what we were using a microwave for in our kitchen, as we were only using it to reheat we didn’t see the need to go full size/power.

I never with my old Sharp microwave but I'm happy with my LG for excellent function & design

Easy to use. Easy to clean. The sound is not horrid like other microwaves. I am very happy.

As always, one of the best microwaves out there...

Good little unit , easy to use, mainly used for re heat does its job well

A nice looking microwave that is easy to use. Heats quite evenly, but the sounds are annoying! Especially when you dont open the door straight away!

Best one i got so far only that i want to dance to the music.... getting use to it over time

User interface and controls are confusing. Hard to read and understand

I thought it might be a bit small, but looks and fits everything perfectly. Very happy.

Nice and easy to use. I like all the features especially the quick start on the front. Only glitch is needing to turn it off to set the clock.

Easy to use, easy to clean and I like that it has the programs written inside the door.

This microwave I purchased from the Modbury store late 2020 and its so good to use. I like that it fits better onto a smaller kitchen bench and that its very powerful with many functions. Highly recommend it.

Brought this a few weeks ago know it’s small it’s a great microwave and love the music it plays when the food is ready

Bought this a month ago. Preset programs are accurate. Even heating has impressed me as no need to stir part way through like some other microwaves. Appreciate not having a ding as program ended indicator.

I just love, love my "singing microwave". It is easy to operate, very easy to clean, and plays cute tones before and after each task. By purchasing this microwave I gained great helper in my kitchen. Strongly recommend this product.

we bought this in September 2018. We are a mid 60s couple who understand the "do's" and "dont's" when it comes to using a microwave oven. It's always clean and has never been poorly treated. Within 5 months the controller assembly ceased to work. It was replaced under warranty but it didn't work again as soon as I brought it home from the repairer. Likewise, controller problem. One year later (February 2020) almost to the day it stopped working again. This time they replaced "touch controller assembly" AND "PCB assembly, Inverter" . One week later it is still working but I have no confidence in the product. We have 6 months of warranty left and if it breaks soon after that time I will just bin it and do research on other brands. It is so silly for manufacturers to skimp on R&D or to pay a dollar less for a part that proves to be substandard. And it means I won't ever buy any LG product again and will spread the word to friends and family

We chose the LG Smart Inverter Microwave to gift as a very special present as it has come highly recommended by other family members.

I’ve had this microwave for a couple of weeks and it is great. Just the right size for my kitchen. It cooks and reheats every thing great and being an inverter model is so easy to use

Happy with the performance of the microwave and it does what it says it will do. The turntable size is small as stated so some "off the shelf" microwave steamer containers won't fit. Only had the microwave for a month, but so far so good.

I bought this microwave and am very pleased it is easy to use but a lot of features which i am still learning to use but very impressed with all facets of the device
