Its.. something, the quality is great, software easy to use, its nice that it does have two options for earcups and the things it comes with is nice, after some time it does hurt to wear on top, comparing this to the g733 given that it somewhat is a unfair comparison, but will say it does hurt after sometime, meanwhile the wire is disappointing, you plug it in and it comes from one ear until you twist it enough for it to come out of both, went on reddit its a common issue even for a new headset, its great but i wouldnt say worth my money, the sound quality is good but gets overshadowed by everything else
Gaming headphones that feel like they were designed by someone whos never even seen a desk. As with most logitech products it feels more effort went into making the packaging and marketing than what went into the design process. There is not a single quality of this other than possibly the detachable mic. The headphones SINGULAR adjustment is so poorly thought, that when you add more length to the cups, you incidentally make the bottom of the cup tight and the top more lose. The more you extend the headphones the less 'C' shaped and the more 'O' shaped the headphones become, and it takes surprising little adjustment to start having the top of the cup not even making contact, and the bottom digging into your jaw. Save yourself the time, don't buy logitech, don't buy these headphones. Logitech care more about marketing their products than actually designing their products.
The sound quality for it is very good For the price and the amount of things that you receive inside the box is quite generous. (I suggest price matching with CentreCom because its $170 instead of the 300) (also I don't know if I'm allowed to say that) Have a good day :)
There is little room between the headphones and your ears. I have never once had a pair of headphones as uncomfortable as these are. I cant wear these for more than an hour before my ears start to hurt because they're being pressed by the headphones the whole time. A volume slider on the cable that is positioned in such a horrible place, the slider frequently rolls, changing the volume drastically at even slight accidental movements.
One side of the Headset broke for no reason. Don't understand how it broke.

Comfy set of cans. Probably not worth the total price but well made
Coming from a RIG 600lx to this i assumed it would be a huge upgrade but i was met with the complete opposite. Yes the software that comes with it is great and you can tweak and change both mic and audio settings which is cool BUT the actual audio quality just isnt quite right, sounds tinny and hollow and lacks clarity and crispness. I understand this is a gaming headset and i tested this headset with Call of Duty Warzone and i am really far from happy with it, even when listening to music on it it fails to satisfy. It seems that the low ends are boosted and the bass and low frequnecy sounds are the headsets main target which drowns out all the rich sounds i would like to hear (even when configuring it on the software, it doesnt sound high quality)
Great surround sound helps pinpoint every enemy. Comfortable and light. Blue voice removes background noise so you don't upset your fellow gamers. No pesky and pointless RGB
Leather earpads sweaty - comes with cloth ones too.
the person I got it for was very happy to receive it. the metalic feel along with the sound was at the top of their list.
That it is a really comfy and great headset, it has amazing muting system and sound system. It’s surround sound is so good and feels like you are there playing the game.
I ended up having to learn a learn how to do commands in Mac OS Terminal to install the G Hub software, truly awful experience but there are loads of articles online explaining how to get it done as it seems to be a universal problem. After finally getting it installed, it seemed to work when configuring in the logitech software, but I never got it to work in Zoom, Teams, Facetime or anything else. I tried via USB and via the audio jack, resetting stuff and more as it would seem to work and then the Mic would not work. Maybe it was bad luck with the hardware, but the software issues make me think it wasn't there is no way this should be sold to work on a Mac. JB HiFi were awesome and refunded me, so no complaints for them.
This headset is probably the comfiest thing I have ever worn on my head. The sound is pretty great, the Mic is quite good quality and the design is quite nice too. My only downside.. is that there is no RIG to be able to connect to a PC and Console at the same time.
I've had this head set for way over a year now. The headphone/speakers is great, i like that, but the microphone quality goes absolutely out the window because of the cable that plugs into the USB dongle. I've had them swap it out, and within 4 months, the same thing happened again. If it wasn't for that cable, i think it would be good. But I get A LOT of complaints from zoom meetings that people can't hear me, or there is scratching, and various things like that. I have to position the cable in one spot then confirm it's working and leave it in that spot for the whole meeting.
This headset is a great headset for any gamer and offers great bass and the mic is good as well and have no complaints. The only problem with the headset is that I don't find the earcups comfortable. I adjusted them and they still felt really tight around my head and found myself taking them off as I can't wear them for long periods of time while gaming and after wearing them for a long time I i found myself with a headache.
Loved this headset. Decent audio quality. Not so good for directional sound if playing competitive shooters (close your eyes and spin around...hard to tell if sound is in front of you or behind you) Mic quality and customisation is amazing. My biggest gripe with this is the build quality for a "Premium" headset. I had bought 3 of these (1 for myself, 1 for my sister and 1 for her boyfriend). The boyfriends headset has completely died 2 times already. On his third pair now. My sisters USB dongle failed after about 3 months and got a replacement. My set has survived the 11 months but now the right ear cup has died with no sound. I've noticed every time I put them on the ear cups would "pressurise" on my ears and the cups would cut out and then "pop" after a couple seconds and then work fine. This seems to be a common trait with these headphones. As much as I loved these headphones they are just too temperamental for my liking. Returning these and going to try find something else of higher quality. A lot of reviews are a week after getting their product. My review is after 11 months of use.
had an older Logitech headset but these are so much better. Sound quality is greatand microphone is excellent.
I bought this headset a month ago and had to refund it within two days due to the microphone not working, got a replacement which lasted a month before the left ear cups audio stopped working.
Got this headset recently, it fits and sounds great.
Fast service, the headset is nice and well and friendly customer service
As good as a YETI. Much better for lesson recordings. Love this product.
The headphones themselfs are quite nice, I played a couple games of cs:go and Call of duty Warzone. The mic is incredible and audio is good. I have a small head but despite my head size these headphones are a bit too tight. My ears also rub against the inside of the cups and is uncomfortable. Its really refreshing taking these headphones off because it gets really hot (even with both leather and nylon cups). Im a little dissapointed but they're solid.
I have used this headset since october last year. Around it's release I will quickly jot down the main pros & cons. PROS: • Great bass on the right preset • The logitech community is always uploading new Sound/Mic adjustments for crystal clear sound and mic quality • I receive good comments on my mic, only problem is it's really sensitive thats it. • Swappable earcups ( my ears get hot in leather ones so i prefer the other material CONS: • Although it is pretty comfortable maybe around the top of the headset needs just that tad more cushioning, other than that OUTSTANDING HEADSET.
I bought these at the end of XMAS, by the end of March one side of the headset stopped working entirely. Another thing to note, the mic being dynamic means that it will pick up every single noise in your house. That means if you are gaming in the living room and the TV is on and you use open mic, everyone on your voice chat will hear every thing happening on the TV, sometimes even better than than can hear you.
Bought this item for my Grandson who is in Isolation. Being an active 15yr old, this Headset has bought great joy to his days. Thank You JB HI FI for putting this item on Sale.
As soon as I finished setting up the headset I realised that not only is the audio sup-par compared to other gaming headsets especially when it comes to music but also there is a problem where the microphone isn't working at all using the usb port. Tried finding solutions online but I could only see a few reddit posts of people with similar problems. Tried a few of the "solutions" with no luck so far now i'm not sure what to do.
Sound is decent, have had better for cheaper though. The logitech software is absolute garbage, the menu navigates badly and the tests and information provided to customize your audio are not helpful. You need to keep the application open for some of your sound changes to stay active which is painful. The mic quality is amazing and the overall build of the headset is great and meant to last. About a 7.5/10, just wish the sound was a little better and the customization was more user friendly.
Bought this pair a week ago and have already returned them. While the sound they give you is amazing, and the quality of the mic is good (blue VO!CE is a gimmick that I quickly disabled), the amount that the headset squeezes on your head is crazy! was getting a sore head from barely an hours play. That and the space between the earcups and the speakers are rather small so that my ears were constantly resting on the hard plastic base inside the earcups. If you have a small head or even smaller ears, I would recommend this headset since its quality is great, but I couldn't use them comfortably at all. While you might get away with having smaller ears with this, the tightness of the headset itself is a dealbreaker which I cant recommend to most people.
Only recently bought this headset to replace my old one which died. I'm always hesitant to buy a new headset, but so far this one is very comfortable (even with my glasses) and has excelent sound. Once you figure out the right equaliser presets I dare say these headphones are better than my speakers. Also they have by far the best mic I've ever had on a headset. Great product.
