Ruined my hair!

I used this product yesterday and my hair is completely ruined. It’s dry and brittle and feels like straw! My hair actually looks and feels fried and I’m absolutely mortified. I don’t know if there’s any way to salvage my hair but I’d love a response with why this has done this to my hair (I’m not the only person judging by the reviews) as well as some advice around whether I can save it. Please use this at your own risk.
