Lost Soul Aside

Really nails that PS2 era action vibe I grew up loving. The combat is fast, flashy, and satisfying and feels like jumping back into the golden age of stylish action games. It’s pure fun chaining combos and dashing through battles. Of course, there are some rough edges like the camera stumbling a bit when moving into new areas (sure a patch can fix this) The narrative itself feels very PS2-like; campy, straightforward, and a bit clunky, but that actually adds to the throwback charm rather than taking away from it and of course the voice acting, but for me personally I kinda like it! Overall, critically it's not perfect, but personally it captures a nostalgic feeling I've been missing and that makes it worth playing.

It's the missing part of FFXV. It's cool. The story premise is otherworldly, delivered simply. It's great. It's a AA banger.
