Macro Diced Italian Tomatoes 800g

My Mums Tomato Savoury! My mums old dish with a tinned tomatoes. I put a sliced onion in a pot on the stove and cooked it with about half a tablespoon of oil. I added about 2 cups tinned tomatoes and cooked them until they were soft and cooked. I then put black pepper and 1 tablespoon of Italian herbs. Add half of cup of panko crumbs and turn to heat down then gradually stirred it, until the mixture gets thick. You may need to add more panko crumbs. You can serve this with a roast... Yummy

Great taste. Good tomatoes. I think the size of the tin is a bit big, but was able to use it a few times when left in the fridge.

Thick. We used it in a stew and it was very thick and saucey!

Great product. I was lucky enough to pick up this product when I picked up a pasta sample which I have to review. It is an affordable option for a macro product. These tomatoes are rustic in the dicing and colour which is ok. I am a fan of tinned tomatoes from Italy. Firstly I get excited seeing ring pulls on the can and noticed it has no added salt, which fantastic except I forgot that when I was cooking this in my bolognese sauce. I like the fact that there is an easy to read contents on the can which sometimes doesn’t occur, you have to get out glasses to read. I also loved the fact you easily see expiry date. Lots of positives for this product. I will buy this when I am making a large sauce to be then used for lasagne with mainly only cooking for two

Super handy to have in the cupboard. This was great. It was the right amount I needed for my rogan josh. Super versatile, and a fantastic sized can.

Classic diced tomatoes. Nice flavour and great size for big batch cooking

Good Value for Quality. More expensive but better than the Woolies Home Brand. Will swap to this for meals and keep to the Home Brand for jars of tomato relish.

Thicker, good quality. These tomatoes were easy to locate and were a big surprise. I normally buy the home brand ones but will pay the extra for these in the future. There were lots of tomatoes and the sauce was nice and thick (rather than watery). I used them to make a lasagna.

Thick and rich. Canned tomatoes with a thick consistency and rich flavour. They are a little more expensive than non organic tomatoes from Italy and im not sure the additional cost is warranted with the amount of tomatoes we use.
