Macro Falafel Mix 200g

Good many uses. Not our usual thing we would buy. Experimented with this and it was ok. We added a little olive oil to the mixture as thought it a little dry, considering it's a dry mix to start with I guess that was the normal. We are only limited by our imaginations so I feel it would have good use across the board.

Quick and easy meal but mediocre flavour. The falafel mix was very quick and easy to prepare and cook making it convenient to make when short on time. The falafel itself was quite bland however and very dry. It also didn't have the same texture and consistency as normal falafel. It's a good quick meal but definitely doesn't substitute the real deal.

Fiddly. I found these very fiddling and considering you can get some pre made fresh ones for same price, I wouldn’t go through the hassle of making these. The flavour was good and I liked the clean ingredients

Delicious Meat Free Patties. These were surprisingly delicious and to add to my amazement my children also loved them! I made them into burger patties as I thought it would be easier to cook. As others have mentioned, water ratio on the packaging would help. I added a little water at a time, so they didn't end up sloppy. Overall, 5/5 for ease of making, time taken to cook and flavour. The kids have even asked for them again!

Easy, tasty and great value. This is a really convenient pantry staple for a quick meat-free meal. The mix is simple to prepare—just add water, shape and cook—and it makes a generous batch. The falafels turn out nicely crisp on the outside with a soft centre, especially when served in wraps or with hummus, yoghurt and salad. The flavour is well seasoned, although some people may find the spices a little strong or the texture slightly dry if they’re overcooked. Overall, it’s an affordable, healthy option that’s easy to customise and one I’d happily buy again.

Only ok in my opinion. I hadn't used this product before and had to look online how to use this ingredient. Could have been some info on the packaging about how to incorporate into cooking. It was OK, kids didn't like the taste, but it may have been the chefs fault 😉

Enjoyed. We have tried the none macro brand falafel mix and enjoyed it, we didn't see much difference with this organic one but still enjoyed them, we added a bit extra seasoning to our liking. It's makes 6 small balls or 4 burgers. $4. 50 for 200g is ok in price for something different to add for dinner. Will purchase again.
