Not sure

Not sure. Took Maca Powder (1 tablespoon per day) for help with head fog and energy levels. Have been taking it for 2 months and, unfortunately, so far there have been no improvements in any area.

Great

Great. This Macro Maca Powder is great. This powder is high in protein, gluten-free, dairy-free, and contains essential amino acids. I added this to my daily oats and i also added it to my no-bake homemade protein bars. The powder has a mild, nutty flavour. Great price of $4. 50 for 150 grams. I would purchase this again 😊

Good stuff

Good stuff. Used this stuff for a while. Put some in a shake. Seems to give me energy and help with blood markers. Could be imaging it though. Lol

Lowkey Superfood

Lowkey Superfood. I had to google what this actually was and the many health benefits it supposedly does…Ive just started having a teaspoon added to my morning bone broth first thing.. it doesn’t effect the taste and supposedly is a great mood booster

Mac-Attack

Mac-Attack. I hadn’t heard of Maca before and my research found it to be a health supplement that may help a few conditions including menopause symptoms. I wouldn’t buy this myself as I prefer to get my nutrients from food rather than supplements. But that doesn’t mean it’s not something for others if they want to use it and feel it helps them. I based my review on how I found it, assuming I wanted to have it as a supplement. The bag was recyclable which I like, and the country of origin is clearly stated (Bolivia, I don’t believe we grow it here). I sprinkled a bit on my porridge and it didn’t affect the texture or flavour. So on balance, although it’s not something I’d buy myself I would recommend it for people who wanted to try this supplement.

Not for everyone

Not for everyone. If you’ve never heard of maca powder before, chances are you’re not going to randomly pick it up off the shelf. I used it as a little extra boost in smoothies and acai bowls. The great thing is it blends in easily and doesn’t really overpower the taste, so you can feel like you’re doing something good for your body without sacrificing flavour. That said, it’s definitely more of a “quiet achiever” ingredient. You’re kind of trusting it’s doing amazing things behind the scenes rather than noticing a dramatic difference straight away. From a broader perspective, it’s not the kind of product that instantly grabs attention or appeals to the average shopper. It really caters to a niche market, mainly people who are already into health foods, superfoods, or experimenting with functional ingredients. Because of that, smaller packaging can feel a bit impractical. For the people who actually use maca regularly, it would make much more sense to have it available in larger pack sizes. It’s the kind of product you commit to once you’re into it, so a bigger option would feel more aligned with how it’s actually used.

Bag size a bit small

Bag size a bit small. I think this is better sold in bags 250g +

Strange

Strange. I haven’t tried this product before so not sure what it’s disposed to taste like but it’s very chalky and unpleasant on the palate!
