Missing colourant

Purchased about 6-8wks ago on sale because I'd only just dyed my full head with the very same brand and line at home, so thought buying a touch up kit only made sense given my love for the original spray.. however, I've opened the box up just now only to discover the whole thing is useless as all there is are the gloves, the leaflet, the brush applicator tip and the developer bottle. The colour itself is missing!! Shattered because god knows I need it right now I look a mess!! 😠😭
