If it ain’t broke…

The new formula is terrible. Been using this mascara for decades and suddenly it’s stickier, clumps lashes together, doesn’t separate well anymore, or create the long-wearing “full and soft” effect it always used to. So sad to have to go find a new mascara after years of being the biggest fan of this one :(

Have used this since 1999 the last 6 or so I have bought have been clumping and drying out within 3 weeks I would usually replace it every 3 months or so for the last 27 years I read the formula has been changed now I know why can't leave well enough alone was a great product

The mascara is lovely and soft, does not flake or smudge. Very reasonably priced, especially at Chemist Warehouse.

I have tried other brands and ALWAYS come back to Full n Soft. PLEASE bring back brown.

Maybelline Full n Soft (non-waterproof)

Used to absolutely love this mascara but not anymore! Becomes gluggy and clumps on the lashes after about 2 weeks when newly opened. I have persevered thinking it may have been a bad batch but after four more new mascaras sadly the same problem occurs. I will not be buying this product again. Such a shame Maybelline, please go back to the original formula 🙏

I also used this mascara for a decade or more and LOVED it. Now it is terrible. Clumps etc. Never used to clump. Now it's no different than all teh other mascaras which are terrible

I miss this in BROWN

The reformulation isn't the best, but most importantly, I need this mascara in BROWN. The black is too harsh for when I just want to look awake and put-together.

BEST EVER - but bring back BROWN

THE BEST. The mascara, the brush - nothing compares. Trust me, I’ve tried. I have used this since 2001. But PLEASE bring it back in BROWN!!! Signed, allllll the redheads
