Expect Lasting Drama, get a literal black eye.

I really wanted to love this eyeliner, but it was a total letdown. Based on the name, I expected a sharp, stayed-put look. Instead, within just 3 hours, the formula completely betrayed me. It doesn’t just "fade", it migrates. I checked the mirror and realized it had smudged so far down my undereye area that I looked like I’d been punched in the eye or hadn’t slept in a week. If you’re going for a "bruised eye bug" look, this is the product for you. If you want a clean, professional wing or tight line, look elsewhere. Definitely does not live up to the "Lasting" claim. Unless you want to spend your entire day cleaning up your face and checking for raccoon eyes, save your money. This went straight into the bin. Waste of time and money!

Best eyeliner I’ve had!

Have bought this a few times from here and other places and found it’s the best eyeliner I’ve had. It’s affordable, doesn’t smudge and lasts all day.

Replacement to master liner

Master liner was the only eyeliner that I could find that wouldn’t smudge. Replaced by this and like the other reviews it’s terrible. It’s smudges instantly. Now I’m on the hunt for another replacement! Bring back master liner

Lasting drama pencil is useless

The lasting drama pencil is nothing like the gel tub that used to be available. It’s upsetting that Maybelline no longer produces it. I know many customers who are upset.

OMG please bring back master liner!!

This is terrible!! Supposedly the replacement for master liner but no where near as good. The smudging is sooo bad. After using master liner for years and years, this replacement is soooo disappointing.
