A clear brow gel that doesn’t flake or leave any white/crusty residue. Eyebrows still feel solid but not crispy, but it is a gel. You don’t have to use too much to get them to stay in place. Have been using over eyebrow crayon and has not caused any weird colouring on my brows during the day.
