Directions Always apply 20 minutes prior to sun exposure. Apply everyday as the final step in your skincare routine (so after you cleanse, tone, apply serums and moisturiser, etc). Use 3 pumps, or the equilavent of 1/2 a teaspoon, on your face, neck and ears. Follow with makeup if desired. Frequent reapplication is required for effective sun protection.
