As your body adjusts to increased fibre intake, you may experience changes in bowel habit or minor bloating. No mention of the ingreidients

The item should only contain psyllium husk. However, it contains sugar as well, and there is no mention of sugar. This is not meeting the Australian Standards, and I am thinking of taking it to Ombudsman, as I am at high risk of diabetes.

The label says psyllium husk powder 3.4g per 11g dose, which means 7.6g of sugar and other food additives, e.g., colouring and preservatives. Horrible, horrible product, not healthy at all. If you don't have the full ingredient list on your packaging, it means you are hiding the fact. How can you claim it's healthy?

The label on my tub says "Psyllium Husk Powder 3.4g per 7g dose". It also says "Contains sugar". You can taste that it has been unnecessarily sweetened when you drink it, but if you really want to get an idea of how much sugar is in this, try tasting a bit of the dry powder. It's ridiculously sweet. This makes it useless if you're trying to avoid sugar, and useless if you wanted to add it to anything savoury. Why not just let consumers add sugar themselves if they want to sweeten it?
