Take one soft gel sheet, remove transparent film and place on forehead or back of neck. - Cut the KOOL 'n' SOOTHE gel sheet to a suitable size with scissors if necessary. - Does not stick to hair, eyebrows or wet skin. - Single use only, for hygiene and effectiveness. - Re-application will cause the gel sheet to become less adhesive.
