Tong heats up very fast and easy to handle. Find the grip a little hard to press open, Suggest users go careful with the smaller one as it is easy to burn yourself more than using the longer one.

Cord too short

I bought this product for overseas travel and home use, but unfortunately the cord was too short for my situation. The unit itself looked fine, but as I didn’t use it, I can’t comment on how well it would work.
