Very easy to use and lightweight. Although it's a little pricey, I'm quite satisfied with the quality and results.

I had high hopes for this mini straightener being my first ever GHD purchase, however, it did not meet my expectations for several reasons. My hair type is fine (but thick in volume) shoulder length with a fringe. I needed something to tame my fine baby hairs and fringe and wanted a mini size. I’ve tried many straighteners over the years and consider myself a good judge of quality when it comes to styling tools. The first thing I noticed was just how light and incredibly “plastic” this straightener felt. A very hollow / cheap feeling straightener. It does not have a solid “premium” feel. For such a high end and well established brand- I expected so much more! I’ve used entry level straighteners that have felt far better in terms of quality and efficiency! My Remington and Diva straighteners are far better in feel/build/efficiency than this very expensive GHD. It straightens “okay” but is not a standout by any means. The indicator sound it makes to turn on is more fad over function- it is simply unnecessary. It has no temperature control so just heats up to one heat level only. I’ve found it also leaves creases/dent marks in my hair especially when running it over the fridge area. Would I buy it again? No. I feel the price point is far too expensive and is not worth it at all. It did not live up to all the GHD hype for me.
