Mintec capsules contain peppermint oil, a naturally derived anti-spasmodic, which provides relief of symptoms of medically diagnosed Irritable Bowel Syndrome such as abdominal pain and mild spasms.

1 capsule swallowed whole with water 30 minutes before meals 3 times daily.Do not take immediately after food.

Mintec IBS Relief capsules are enteric coated, meaning the capsules pass through the stomach, delaying the release of the peppermint oil until the capsule reaches the bowel.

Peppermint oil 0.2mL.

Not recommended for children or for use in pregnancy unless on the advice of a doctor.
