Flex the pack to loosen Wraps before opening.Open Wrap pack, throw away Freshness Sachet.MICROWAVE- all Wraps in pack on High 45 seconds*.* Time may vary depending on microwave wattage. * Decrease time for fewer Wraps. * Increase time if using a microwave oven lower than 1100 watts.FRY PAN- preheat a dry fry pan on medium heat for 2 minutes. Place the Wrap in the pan and heat each side for 20 seconds.
