Moki CD/DVD Laser Lens Cleaning Kit

I thought i would give this a go regardless of the negative reviews i read online. 2002 toyota car cd player was not playing cd's so decided to try this product. Followed instructions to a T and now after the 3rd ERR(error) on the screen the disc came out missing one of the little brushes. Now the brush is stuck inside the player and still will not work. Honestly waste of time and money.

First time I used it following the instructions 1 of the brushes came off and is now inside the dvd player

I would be happy with this product if everything was in the box

I was disappointed to realize this can’t be used in Blu-ray players. Fine forCD players but I really wanted it to clear the DVD player.

Easy to use and has cleaned the dvd and cd player so disks now play beautifully.

Simple to use, great results. Just one use and my car CD player was working again. Certainly worth trying it before thinking about replacing your player.

It made no difference to the quality of the CD's playing.I think it was the CD player itself that was broken so I shouldn't blame the lens cleaner,I guess.

I bought this products 2 weeks ago (October 2022) to help clean my scratched CD's, that were constantly skipping. I followed the easy instructions, applying the solution on one side of the two red, brushes. After two applications and running the cleaner disc, my CD's worked perfectly!!!! No more skipping !!! I highly recommend this product which sells,at a reasonable price.

Not as comprehensive as other brands i have tried. Gets the job done with no fuss.

The disc was damaged. I couldn't hear the audio on it. I followed the instructions to the letter. Cleaned CD player laser lens several times over a period of days. Made no difference. A waste of money.

Tried it on my PC DVD reader & it worked. PC would not burn disks but this fixed it. The only problem was that the fluid in the bottle had evaporated so I just got some Alcohol instead, I used the leftover Alcohol on the Laser Lens cleaner too.

I gave it one star for the box it arrived in. Useless product. The minimal instructions talked about the "white brush" on the disc. Well there was NO white brush on the disc - just a red one. It didn't work at all. In the bin. Lesson learned - you get what you pay for!

I used the kit on my sony stereo!! they dont recommend it but it worked a treat!! good tehnology!! functioned perfectly and I recommend the product

i bought it 2 weeks ago tried it no go i put in cd player would play past track 1

I bought this hoping it would help with my DVD player which was skipping. Unfortunately it didn't work. I used it twice, and then again a few more times but it still didn't make any difference to any of my DVDs.

I bought this disc cleaned but sadly it’s brushes were not glued properly to the disc I don’t want a refund but rather a replacement please The product will not work the way it is Please post a replacement and I’ll return the other item to you by return post

I bought this for my uncle as I already have one from a while ago. If you read the instructions first it works better. It is a bit hard when it says put a drop of liquid on the black brush when they are both red. I just put a drop on one of the red brushes and it still does the job. I first used it after quickly reading the instructions and did not work well. Reading the instructions definitely helps

The product was hit and miss. It says "most game consoles", definitely not PS4. It was hard to tell if it worked on the DVD player. It was easy enough on the laptop.

I was recommended by a competitor to locate this hard to find disc head cleaner. I have used job hifi shopping on line and have never been let down; good prices and service.

I also was skeptical, as my cd player had been in storage for about 12 years and a bit dusty. The cleaner didn't work the first time, so I tried it a second time, and also pressed play 4 times before it recognised the track. The cd tells you when the track has finished, so I knew that it had worked. Really impressed, and so relieved that my cd player works again (a lot cheaper than getting the integrated unit serviced!).
