Monster MT-TT01 Turntable

Got this today, amazing product. It has a counter weight so your records won’t be crushed by a heavy tonearm. Sound quality is superior when connected through speakers using the included cables. Really smooth finish with the acrylic dust cover and the solid slipmat. Would recommend for beginners or casual listeners!

When I unboxed the unit it was broken. The components inside the record player were loose and you could hear them sliding around inside the casing as I removed the packaging. It somehow still played the record but none of the automatic features worked. Had it replaced but overall it's looks plastic and cheap. Not worth the money or hassle. Can't believe it sells for over $200.

Clear audio reproduction from the OEM needle head. Well laid out unit with clearly marked buttons and well thought out layout. Full sized 12 in platter makes playing LP a breeze. Note: Included software is Windows 10 only. However USB connection is recognised by Windows 11 and can use Audio Recorder app to sample audio.

Had another brand as a Xmas gift which would skip when playing I replaced with the Monster turntable no issues since. This is not a Bluetooth model but I wanted to get away from the digital sound anyways, this comes with the leads and I just plug into my amp. Can’t fault looks great and sounds great , no regrets.

Bought It online because it was advertised in the catalogue as having Bluetooth. It doesn't. Faulsy advertised by jbhi fi as having Bluetooth functionality when it clearly doesn't. . Nowhere on here to upload photos of my proof of the catalogue I have saved. It's still brand new in box.

Bought this one on special as an upgrade over an old turntable I inherited. Fantastic improvement. Setup is simple, works great no flaws. The key with these turntables though is to make sure you have a good speaker to play through as there is no Bluetooth or built in speakers.

i got this while it was on sale and after using it for a bit it is a great turntable, especially if you are just starting with record players from doing some research it seems to be a fairly similar to the sony ps-lx250h, with similar controls and layout, so if you are interested in something like that this is a good alternative the reason it’s 4 stars is because when it isn’t on sale it’s pretty expensive. if you want a decent new record player for a decent price get this (definitely over something like a crosby) but if you need something cheaper check places like gumtree there is always good cheap options there !
