Works so well!

So easy to use and works perfectly. Hardly any effort needed to move vegetables through slicing blade. Surprisingly fast to slice. A great buy!

Great gadget

This mandolin is great for slicing fruit/veggies. There is a choice of thickness and a gadget to hold the item so you don't cut your fingers. It can also be used for julienning. It's easy to quickly rinse clean and gets a lot of use, especially when the quantities I need are too small to merit using a food processor. It stores neatly as well.
