Common Uses Exfoliates the skin Helps stimulate the lymphatic system

Directions Use on dry skin before shower or bath. Begin at your feet by gently brushing upward in small strokes or circular motion towards the centre of your body. Recommended use: up to 5 minutes, 1-2 times per week. Dry brushing may cause redness - this is normal and will fade over time.
