Step 1. Apply body oil or cream to the desired area. Reapply as required. Step 2. Place the cup on the skin and squeeze to activate suction. Do not suction too hard, release pressure if required so the cup can easily glide over body. Step 3. Glide the cup in a circular or sweeping motion for 2-3 minutes per area. Use daily. May cause redness, this is normal and will fade over time.

Material: Silicone

If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. Avoid using on broken/irritated skin, acne or open cuts. Do not use on dry skin.
