For best results: - Remove all loose matter. - Treat all stains as soon as possible with Vanish Preen Fabric Stain Remover. - Before soaking, dissolve powder fully and completely submerge item in solution for even cleaning results. Care Advice: - Suitable to use on both bright and dark colours. - Always follow garment manufacturers' instructions. - Soak colours separately from whites. Only use on washable colourfast fabrics. - Always check for colourfastness first by soaking or pre-treating a hidden part of the garment for 2 hours. Items which are colourfast in normal washing may run if soaked for a time, even in water alone. - Do not use on wool, silk, leather, chiffon, satin, embroidered garments or on any fabric (such as stretch, denim or fluorescent) that may use non-colourfast dyes. - Do not soak metal buttons or zippers. Hand and Skin Care: Rinse and dry hands thoroughly after soaking. For sensitive skin, avoid prolonged contact or wear rubber gloves.

It is not effective

I bought oxiclean thinking it will remove any stain. But after 3 washes, 3-pre-soaks and I it is extremely slow acting. It does NOT WORK, I am wasting product because I have to repetitively make a paste and then have to wash it and then scrub with it.

I would not use anything else!! My partner has Alzheimer's and dribbles a bit, so I need something that will work 1st time.

Dont use on colours

I bought the gold product which said its suitable for colours and whites and it totally ruined two hoodies. It bleached both of them with bleach marks across all sides. Not happy !!!

Not safe for colours!!!!

I have used this product before and it’s ruined a new white jumper and left a big yellow circle on it. I decided that I’d give it another go as I switched to Sard wonder soap…. It’s ruined another 3 items and left white spotted bleach marks on 3 items!!! Which were brand new …I AM NOT HAPPY and will never use this product again!!!

Not safe for colours

Have used this product for years but lately, on separate occasions, have used it to soak coloured items and it has left bleach shots all over the item, and ruined them. I can no longer trust that this is safe for colours, which is incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

Struggles with basic stains

I tried using this to remove sunscreen stains on clothes but it made little to no difference. Using it to remove sweat stains on white bedsheets made a slight difference, but it wasn't a huge amount. It's useful to make the fabric slightly more vibrant and vivid, but in my experience it doesn't remove basic stains. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this product.
