Nespresso Vertuo Next Coffee Machine Bundle (White)

Not as sturdy as the original Virtuo machine, feels cheap in comparison. Cup holder is very flimsy and has dropped out of the front of the machine whilst in use - could be dangerous. Otherwise it does what it should.

Build quality excellent, coffee is quality, really easy to use

After three replacements of my Veruo Next with Areoccino 3, I suggest you avoid purchasing Vertuo Next... my original and all three replacement machines leaked underneath, this leaking was especially bad during the cleaning cycle. I had to accept my fourth machine with leaking as the warranty period is based on the warranty expiry of the original machine and my original machine warranty expired just weeks after my third replacement machine arrived... I had to setup my fourth machine to operate over a tray to catch leaking water. This looks ugly and takes up significant flat surface space (bad) but its much easier than mopping up water and drying up underneath the machine. Then, the little bucket that holds the capsule started cracking up. Initially, a small crack appeared; then a piece broke away, resulting in coffee leaking into the catcher basket. I called Nespresso again, asking whether a part was available to replace the existing bucket. Nespresso evaluated the breakage using their remote viewing via remote viewing on my mobile phone camera. The person was very sweet, and they agreed it didn't look good and suggested I could send in my machine for a paid evaluation and repair as Nespresso doesn't sell spare parts, and also offered a paid repair which I declined.

So disappointed. Had continued issue with water pump malfunction. Had to send 2 back while in warranty. Now the 3rd one has kicked it in too! Previously I had an original Citi and had it for 6 years before it had to be retired. Now I’m wondering is it worth getting it repaired. Or to just try something else. When the coffee machines were made of metal that was great but since it changed to recycled plastic quality has been sacrificed. Yes I get trying to be sustainable but at what expense? Then amount of returns due to faulty parts is adding to the landfill, which you guys pride on trying to reduce.

We’ve had this machine for many years, easy to use & makes great coffee.

Machines not built to last. Our fourth machine has just died due to a motor issue. 18 months old but told out of warranty but they will give us a slight discount on new machine (about 10% off). Between the numerous increases in cost of pods and the latest problem machine we are Giving up and purchasing a different coffee maker.

This is the 3rd machine I’ve owned I absolutely love them

The machine works very well so far and there are some very good Vertuo coffees available. The biggest problem is that the Vertuo system generates way too much "crema" (foam really) which is annoying.

Can only buy Coffee pods at very limited places on line or have to travel to city to buy them they don’t take normal coffee pods or buy the reusable pods and make them yourself But otherwise very good machine and nice coffee if it took all coffee pods it would get a 5 star

This is such a great machine. We’ve had a more expensive Nespresso machine in the past, but this is by far the best machine we’ve had yet. It’s so easy to use, the black colour is so easy to keep clean, and it just looks fantastic and minimalist in the kitchen. We haven’t had any issues with the coffees, they’re always consistent & delicious. Highly recommend :)

Good quality easy to use makes great coffee and works well

The Nespresso Vertuo Next has been a total game-changer for our morning routine. It's like having a cafe right in our kitchen! I can't help but give it a solid 5 out of 5 stars. The best part? No more daily refills thanks to its large water tank, and we can use our favorite oversized mugs without any fuss. Sure, it's a tad noisy when it's brewing, but trust me, the amazing coffee it brews makes it totally worth it. What I love most is the convenience factor. No more messing around with grinding beans – just pop in a pod and let the machine do its thing. And the barcode reading system? Genius. It takes all the guesswork out of measurements, ensuring a perfect cup every time. Consistent, delicious coffee with minimal effort? Count me in!

Easy to use took a bit to work out volumes but all good now

Faulty Machine. Nespresso confirmed machine was faulty over the phone, malfunctioned less than a week after buying.

I received my machine as a gift in 2022. However, over 6 months later I had a connection issue between my phone and the machine. I wasn’t able to run any maintenance via Bluetooth. After calling Nespresso and troubleshooting they deemed it needed replacement. I received my replacement and pairing my phone to the machine worked fine. But no more than a month later it would stop pairing, so yet again I couldn’t run the maintenance programs or check for firmware updates. Still to this day my phone and machine have issues communicating. I’ve since purchased a brand new phone and the problem still exists. I’ve rest the machine many times, removed the app from my phone. Restarted my phone, reset the network settings and still have issues. No point in selling a product and advertising these features if they don’t actually work. As for the coffee yes it’s nice and convenient, but being locked into an ecosystem with these pods is a disgrace. At least with the old machine I had I could order third party pods. I’ve also noticed that Nespresso constantly brings out variations or limited editions to the original line, but leaves the Vertuo line out? I’m sure this is some marketing ploy to try get original owners to buy their products, as they are losing business to other coffee producers. Us Vertuo owners get left out throughout the year when it comes to limited editions and even when they do bring them out they sell out quickly and never bring them back. It wouldn’t be hard to take one lot of coffee and put it into a different shaped pod? Do yourself a favour and buy a proper coffee machine, so you aren’t locked into this crap system.

I want to give it 2.5 stars. Half the time it's great and I love the flexibility of different style coffees. Although I have nothing but machine issues since purchasing in2021. My last machine lasted over 10 years without a single fault. I won't be buying another one.

I brought this machine as my wife borrowed her sister’s one, and she loved it. She’s a real coffee, nut.

Absolutely love this machine, we had a breville oracle before and this compact little machine is actually better! Takes no space, looks great and is soooo quiet ❤️

The coffee is ok but the aerocino doesnt work on almond milk, gone back to using our old latissma instead

Quick and easy to use and the coffee tastes amazing!! Milk frother is great too!!

Makes a really nice coffee - flat white and cappuccino are my favourites. Iced coffee is also delicious. Easy to set up, operate and clean. Doesn't take up a huge amount of kitchen bench space so excellent for anyone living in an apartment or unit.

The Virtuo Next Titan is awesome! I am loving how easy it is to have great coffee everyday. The Aerochinno 3 is fantastic, providing perfect milk froth. Completely impressed with these machines.

Best pods machine I’ve purchased beautiful coffee, heaps of variety to choose from

It is so easy and with the test for which pod is best I’ve had some amazing coffees! I love how quickly it warms up so I can tap it and start making my breakfast!

I was happy with the frother, which does the job, but the Vertuo was initially great but after three months it just stopped working. I had bought this one to replace the one I had bought earler but had also stopped suddenly. I am not happy with 2 machines just ceasing within months of purchase

Bought for son and daughter in law. They are extremely happy with it.
