Neutrogena Hydro Boost Niacinamide Serum 30mL

I got a really small sample of this Neutrogena serum from a Priceline goodie bag. I didn’t get to use it enough to make A huge difference on my skin. I do like this screw bottle top lid and the tiny dispenser meaning the small sample size that I did have was not going to waste. I only needed to use a P sized amount after lightly cleansing my skin. Anything with hyaluronic acid will give my skin a great burst and feel like I have had a big drink of water. As with all skincare products, you need to make sure that you use them within their lifespan and not let them sit there going off. Take note of the time when you opened them and throw away anything that has passed it’s used by date.

I received a little tube, 5ml, sample when purchasing something else. I have now been using the Neutrogena Hydro Boost Niacinamide Serum for several weeks now and even though it is only a small bube I have not yet used it all. I have found that my skin is soft and smooth and I really like the cream itself as it comes out of the tube easily and only a little at a time so nothing is wasted. Only a small amount is need and it applies very quickly. My skin does not look so dull and uneven and the texture is good.

I’ve never used a Niacinamide Serum before but I really liked this product! I don’t have much of a skincare routine and find it hard to use a lot of products, so i usually just wash my face twice a day and moisturise, but this is one i would love to keep in my routine, it is so easy to put a few drops on before applying moisturiser, and it really makes my skin feel a lot more moisturised and healthy. I have combination/oily skin, and i often find after being in the office all day that may face gets oily by the end of the day, but after using this it is a lot better and it helps to balance out my face. The only downside i have is sometimes it took a bit to get enough out of the bottle using the dropper, and i feel like once the bottle gets emptier it would not be a long enough dropper to pick up product from the bottom of the bottleOverall i would really recommend this product to skincare noobies or even people who love skincare, it really gives you beautiful plump skin

I have given this a 5 star as I have tried another prduct from neutrogena which doesn't adhere to skin so well but this product is amazing. Sinks right in, skin feels hydrated, softer and refreshed. Unsure of texture and pores but overall I love this product. Lightly fragranced. No colour. Can wear under makeup. Does not cause makeup to pill Works well with most makeup products. Can be applied any time of the day or night. Reduces fine lines and rough scaly skin so it is defintely my go to. Can layer up with other products if needed but works well by itself too. The dropper was easy to use. Helped get small quantity as required and I squeezed it straight on to the face to avoid wasting time and transferring it with hands etc.

I really enjoyed the texture of this serum, being combined with hyaluronic acid, allowed the niacinamide to be less irritating and tacky on the skin. my favourite combination was using this with some aerosol water facial spray to increase the hydration. After using this for a few weeks, I noticed marks on the skin were lightened, and my skin was more hydrated and plumper. This formulation was effective yet gentle enough to use every day. The opaque packaging meant it doesn’t need to be kept in a cupboard which was also a bonus for me due to travelling a lot. Overall really enjoyed this product and would definitely use again.

Packaging: I like how Neutrogena's packaging all has the same iconic blue Packaging as it makes products from the range easy to find. The actual dropper application I dislike it sometimes doesn't collect the serum in the vial and doesn't get all the way to the bottom of the serum making it hard to get to. The serum itself is clear, has no discernible smell and is on the watery dide making applying to the face easy and little bit goes far. Aborbs easily into the skin. I found the product easy to use and it sunk into my skin and left it feeling plump and hydrated The inclusion of Niacinamide is wonderful and good to see it more readily available.

First of all, thank you to BeautyCrew and Neutrogena for the opportunity to trial this product. I was really looking forward to trying this serum and it did not disappoint. The first thing that I noticed about the serum was that it was unscented. I am a sucker for a beautiful scent but when you’re using multiple products and they’re all scented it can get to be too much, so I was super pleased that this product had no scent. The serum was very light and absorbed into my skin almost immediately upon application. It didn’t leave a tacky or oily residue like some serums do so that was really pleasing. Almost immediately my skin felt softer and more hydrated and with continued use my skin feels plumper and has a really nice, healthy glow. Overall, I’m really pleased with the results of this serum and would definitely recommend. I will continue to use and will be purchasing when I run out.

I was very excited to trial Neutrogena Hydro Boost Niacinamide Serum as I actually currently using Neutrogena Skincare from this exact same range so it was the great fit into my skin routine. I was amazingly surprised how great this product is especially for the price you pay. As soon as I apply it on my skin my pores immediately look smoother and skin fells hydrated. Packaging is nice, nothing over the top and it is very easy to apply,. This serum doesn’t leave my skin oily which is normally my main concern, absorbs very quickly. It has no smell which is great for people who are sensitive to strong scents. I apply it every morning and night before applying day/night cream. Skin visually looks plumper, softer and more hydrated. I absolutely love this serum and most definitely will repurchase it myself. Highly recommend this serum!

This is such a great serum. For someone only just starting a proper skin care routine I would highly recommend this one. I have tried many serums trying to find the perfect for my skin and so far I have loved this one. Didn’t make my skin feel oily at all. It was a light serum which I would place on my skin each morning and after every shower. This was the first serum which didn’t give my skin a slight irritation at all This made my skin noticeably shine and glow. I noticed my skin was a lot more smoother and hydrated. I would definitely recommend this product I love it
