Nicotinell 4mg Gum comes in a range of flavours that are pleasant to chew and can help you control the cravings throughout the day.

Refer to pack leaflet for full directions. Use one gum when you feel the urge to smoke. Do not exceed 10 Gums in a day. After around 3 months, gradually cut down the amount of gum you chew a day. When you are down to 1-2 pieces per day, you can stop using Nicotinell Gum. This should be possible within 6 months from the start of treatment.

Chewing Technique To get the maximum effectiveness from Nicotinell gum it is critical you follow a 'chew and park' method for at least 30 minutes. 1 Chew one piece of gum slowly until the taste becomes strong. 2 'Park' the gum between your gum and cheek to absorb the nicotine. 3 When the taste has faded, repeat the process for up to 30 minutes.

Contains 4mg nicotine per gum. Contains saccharin sodium. Contains sorbitol xylitol and mannitol - total 0.4g/gum or 8g/gums. Product containing these ingredients may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea. Contains 11.5mg or 0.5 mmol sodium/gum (equiv.to 115mg or 5mmol/10 gums) which should be taken into account by those on a low sodium diet.
