It stops working after being on after 10-15 minutes. Have to restart it and again.

I bought this last summer, and the drinks are amazing on a hot summer day,

Family favourite of us, our kids and grandkids We've SLUSHi'd juice, cordial (not sugar free), iced tea, soda without issue I think the design flaw is that there are many tricky places when it comes to cleaning, but it's great

Love having frozen cocktails in summer and the slushie is amazing, also had coke and chocolate milk slushies, yummy

I brought this item which is quite expensive it came not fully functional I reached out multiple times and was just ignored! You would think for a product like this that is super expensive some compensation or swap would be issued but I got nothing at all

This has been one of the best purchases. The kids love it as much as the adults & great for sugar free slushies. Definitely a winner in our family.

Having multiple Ninja products, the expectations were high and this did not disappoint. Saw this in Canada and pre ordered for Australia as soon as we saw it coming. Creates perfect slushie combinations and kids love using it year round

I bought this a year ago, and while it took a little bit of working out sugar/alcohol ratios (not an instruction manual type of person) it does a good job. Beware highly coloured soda - Fanta will stain the inside of your unit!!! Was a bit disappointed in that as it has made it look unsightly and no amount of cleaning will fix it.

I brought this over a year ago and still occasionally use it. I remember when we first got it there was a little confusion over sugar free soft drinks but once you realise augers the key to a good slushy your on your way. Definitely not for someone trying to watch their sugar intake. So easy to throw a bottle of your favourite soft drink in and make a slushy. 20ish minutes later, Bang there it is. Finding the right consistency for it to dispense correctly can take a minute but is worth it. Frozen alcoholic drinks are dangerously amazing and can get the creative juices flowing. We come up with some weird but awesome ones over the last year.

Very happy with the product, works great and cleaning is so easy .

We have taken to partys and used at home at gatherings, makes fantasic cocktail slushies, and ideas on flavours ar endless.

Use it regularly and the kids love anything made in it.

The results of the machine are great. Dry well used appliance. The plastic cylinder stains easily and iv been waiting months for the auger to come into stock as mine broke. Ant use the machine without it.

Easy to use product. Ive had mine for about a year or 2 and no issues. Kids love it on a hot day too

The machine runs well and is easy to clean. Makes the absolute best slushies. The instructions are straight to the point and are idiot proof. Highly recommend.

I brought mine a few months ago now and it is great on hot days. Great party drinks or mocktails for the kids. Much healthier options with whatever you want to put in.

Purchased a Ninja Slushie machine after hearing all the hype... Works however after only 1 or 2 uses the container is discoloured... Seems its the Australian (Approved!) foods can causes the staining.. I used orange Mango liquid... Now Ninja won't replace that container... Its a faulty design not suited to Australian Market... Poor form. Buyer be aware, now my Ninja looks unsightly....

My daughter bought 2, both failed. 1st one turned in but did nothing and 2nd one didnt even turn on. Totally dead. Wasn't going to go 3rd time lucky so got a refund. Sooo disappointing for the kids as it was a Christmas present. The staff member told us they get returned all the time and was subtlety hinting towards go the refund. She wished it had worked but not worth the money nor the trouble returning them to store. JB were good however refunding her money.

My friend got one for Christmas, and we used it the entire time we were visiting. It was absolutely amazing especially with the hot weather. It was so refreshing we used non alcoholic drinks and alcoholic drinks to make the amazing slushies. It is now on my Must Have, List.

Unit stained by soft drinks, looks unsightly. Unable to remove stain.

Ordered this online based on delivery dates. Didn’t turn up after waiting for weeks. Date changes and no visibility where it was after calling customer service. Go into a shop or buy online elsewhere. Not the products fault but pretty disappointing.

Great product loved by all, only problem is any orange drink stains it and cannot get it clean

Went to use this for the first time and used orange fanta washed it straight away and whole thing is orange and looks disgusting not happy

Only used a couple of times but works great so far. Biggest issue used last night with Hard Rated Orange and now everything is stained a disgusting orange colour. Be very careful with products with bright pigment.

I’ve only used it twice and it doesn’t slush anymore what am I doing wrong it just makes big shards of ice
