Ninja Swirl by Creami

I bought the Ninja Awirl by CREAMi last summer, and it has been used multiple times for several delicious treats. A great addition to our kitchen.

Love making the sorbet and ice cream, grandchildren love Nana's ice cream.

Works as described, is extremely noisy, requires you to plan ahead to fill containers and freeze. Better machine on the market that are similar price but are refrigerated and freeze the ice cream on demand.

Used twice, both times not a good experience. Love my air fryer and slushie machines but this is a very overrated product thats not worth the price.

An extremely noisy, complicated machine that takes up far too much bench space and takes ages to clean all to get a minuscule amount of not so good soft serve ice cream. It’s back in the box after being used twice….. won’t bother getting it out again.

Does quite a good job, though still not as soft as Mr Whippy. but surely the technology could be more simple. It is very clumsy and complicated to use. Commercial Flavorama seems less complicated and does a better job.

Kids have a ball with it (so do the adults) Didnt realise it would be such a hit

Have not used too often as yet but can’t fault the fantastic array of frozen treats. Yoghurt, soft serve, ice cream, you name it and it’s so good

I bought the creami swirl about a month ago. I have made just the plain vanilla ice cream so far really nice. My granddaughter loves it.

Greatest kitchen gadget ever. I use it slightly different to the manual but would not part with it. FIVE STARS.

The only regret I have with this is that I didn’t buy it sooner, between the machine and the company I now buy the ice cream mix from it is 1000000% better than shop bought ice cream.

I purchased this machine as I thought it made ice-cream but all it does is serve ice-cream.

This is a fan favourite of both adults and kids. Amazing machine

We purchased this at xmas time for the kids. I didn't understand how it really works but it not an instant icecream maker...It's an ice cream blender and dispenser.. you have to freeze you ice cream solid first and then this machine simply blends it and dispenses it. Not worth it. I should have learnt more before buying. I would never buy again or recommend it. At the price I paid. I thought it was simply added the liquid ingredients and it would make soft serve. After all the mucking about, you can only make a few cones at a time from each special freezing container. You can buy more but they are not cheap.

Cracking machine, but the pints are too small compared to the older model. It would be great if larger pints were made available for this version.

We bought the Ninja Creami Swirl about 6 weeks ago and feel like a big kid again... the fun of having icecream "on tap"! It is so easy to use and to clean up. We love creating different icecream flavours alongside our own good ol' favourites. My next purchase will probably have to be a StairMaster or treadmill though, because at the moment it is Icecream and frozen treats almost every night and there are never any left overs!

Bought this last year...the idea of homemade ice cream is lovely HOWEVER...the machine is huge and bulky. If you have the space to leave it on a counter somewhere, it is excellent. Otherwise it is a very large machine to move in and out for a serving(or 4 servings) of ice cream. This has discouraged me to actually make the ice cream. Some ice creams have turned out very 'icy' for me as well and hence the blending part needs to be done a few times before it can be extruded from the dispenser...not sure if it is because of the recipes that i'm choosing. Still trying to work out what flavours work best.

Bought this ,biggest regret. Can do a better job with a spoon. Biggest waste of money ever . All it does is mix ice that you have to make in a bowl , alot of waste and even more parts to clean . Big waste of time and money. Would of gave 0 stars but not an option.

Have only had a chance to make some different icecream mixes yesterday. I made six different ones as I bought an extra 4 tubs. The classic vanilla scoop ice cream with the sugar we sampled today. It is my husband's favourite allround icecream. His face lit up. It was truly delicious, so creamy! The machine setup seemed a bit tricky initially as I couldn't get the 'install' light to go off. Just had to reattach the outer bowl lid. Not sure what went wrong but second try, worked a treat. Machine is very solid, well made, like all my Ninja products and not really noisy. My husband and I are now looking forward to trying all the other recipes and experimenting with add ins. Love the fact I know exactly what is going in my ice cream. The grandkids will love visiting even more now.

I brought it a few days ago and i am loving the machine. I have read some less than flattering reviews about how it does not freeze the mix. However i think people are missing the point. For example i have a number of fruit trees in my yard and while after diner it is okay to eat an apple for desert when you make it into a sorbet it adds a whole new dimension of desert. now i have tried to make sorbet before and it always ends up grainy and icy. With the Swirl i got a couple 0f apples off the tree cut out the bugs and run through the blender. Filled the tubs and then put it in the freezer. next night run it through the swirl. it was fantastic! smooth ,rich ,creamy to the tonged and super refreshing. All very easy and made just from apple no sweetener great for calorie counting and desert for the week so good so easy to get such a professional product. If i had any issue it would be nice if it came with 6 tubs rather than the 2 Tubs.

I bought this for my daughters special birthday and due to her busy life with two boys she wanted the product returned. I thought about it and then decided to keep it myself. I use it everyday and am amazed everytime. Some of the foods I didn't expect to taste so amazing was banana on its own (comes out creamy and like ice cream) and pineapple tin (unbelievable). I am giving an honest review and not endorsed. It takes a little to learn but not too long with all the Instagram and you tube tips. The quality of the machine is excellent. I'm very happy with it. Winter it might get a break but I intend to use it three seasons in a year. Had to put a review, it's that good...

This is the best ice cream machine I’ve ever had. My kids love making their own ice cream at home with no artificial flavours or chemicals. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to prepare ice cream from scratch at home.

Just purchased last month and have used it every couple of days so far. The fact you can make healthy ice cream and comes out like you are being naughty is just so good. Just waiting on more containers to come out so I can have more on hand ready to go.

I don't know how I ever lived without this machine! Seriously, it adds joy to my life every evening. It's a little noisy when it's churning, but other than that, it's fabulous. I'm loving inventing flavours and experimenting with different ingredients. I've perfected a banana/cinnamon, pistachio and vanilla. The swirl takes me back to the soft serve treat days of my youth. I love this so much!

Our first Ninja appliance. We contemplated about our needs and if the Swirl (soft serve) feature was worth it or tonjust buy the slightly cheaper previous iteration of the Ninja Creami. The Swirl adds a lot of size to the appliance and takes up so much space - but it is definitely a game changer. Our little ones love it! Do your homework and research on what is possible. Sure, you can add store bought ice cream and make a hybrid dessert, but that’s not the way! There is a lot more this machine can unlock. We have made top tier soft serve ice cream, frozen yoghurt, sorbet, gelato and delicious ice cream. All have been fantastic and worth the time and effort. Recommend you jump into Aliexpress and buy more pints since they are not available locally yet. The two pints provided is definitely not enough. We always have a stockpile of bases in our freezer ready to go in our household. Youtube “Polar Ice Creamery” channel to tap into the best of what is possible with this machine. The major downside is not just the size of this thing, but the noise. It’s loud! Insanely loud. Depending on your settings, it can donit’s loud thing for up to 5mins. But! If you want delicious frozen desserts like ice cream, then you will certainly enjoy all that this unit can offer.

It was great and very easy to use although a bit pricey
