Theyve changed the ingredients on this recently, and not for the better. It's now heavier and has caused me to break out. My face doesn't feel clean. It feels clogged. It doesnt dry your skin out, but it does weigh it down. After 10 years of nivea facewash, I'm done.

I love this product, I use it daily and have purchased again, I like how it feels on the skin and leaves the skin feeling, It has a nice creamy texture with the added small micro beads, it has a nice subtle floral scent to it. I feel given how much you use at a time and how long it last it's definitely great value for money

This has a very nice but not strong scent. Does it job and leaves your skin feeling fresh and clean. I would suggest using moisturiser after cause does leave you skin feeling abit dry! But most face washers do.

I liked this cleanser, smelted great and seems to work pretty well. I did triple cleanse rather than double cleanse as it didn’t feel as good as my normal cleanser

It has not improved it in any way as far as I can tell. It now has a cheap and nasty smell of some kind of chemical which is offputting. It also now leaves a slightly oily residue which feels very like paraffin oil. I used this very happily for years but not any more.

It’s gentle on the skin, doesn’t dry out my skin but yet it removes my make up thoughly. Leaves my face so soft. It’s a winner for me. Highly recommend

I'm pretty sceptical of gentle cleansers as I find they don't tend to be effective at removing makeup and cleansing the skin properly, but this one was pretty good! The product itself is creamy and moisturising (it also has tiny blue balls in it which I'm not sure what they do?) and it does a good job at removing makeup and cleansing the skin but not stripping any moisture. It's good value for money and I think is a great option for those with sensitive or dry skin. For me personally, I like a cleanser with more active ingredients as my skin can handle those, so for that reason, I won't be repurchasing.

Cleanses deeply but gentle to the skin. Soothes the skin with it’s extra mild formula. Love that it maintains the natural moisture balance of my skin. Love the mild scent and my face is not sensitive to it! Perfect cleansing cream wash
