Not fresh

Brought the last bottle on the shelf and unfortunately when I opened to use it . It has a very strong unstable oil small, like not fresh oil odour so I had to return it. There was a waxy layer on the roller which was hard to get the working at the start..

I bought the Noni Radiant Eye Oil to try it out as I like the idea of an organic eye treatment that does not risk allergy around my very sensitive eyes and I love it!
