The Sweet Spot in Nothing's Headphone Line-Up

For those that'll unbox these, pair them up and listen away: these sound punchy, alive & clear, the noise-cancelling is excellent, and you'll be charging these after days of listening at a time Now, for the nerds and people comparing between similarly priced ANC over-ears. The out-of-the-box tuning of the sound is quite bass-punch heavy with dip in the upper mids, but this can easily be adjusted to your liking in the very straightforward Nothing X app's parametric 8-band EQ; while the KEF tuning and drivers in the more expensive Headphone (1) have a very high audio-tuning-capability ceiling, these are not far behind at all. The active noise-cancelling is very consistent with ongoing noise (e.g. public transport ambience, noisy peak-hour Westfield food-court ambience), and is mostly competent with louder, typically intrusive sounds. These headphones are relatively light and very comfortable for extended listening sessions, though it should be noted that early on, the clamping force and tolerance for the headband need a couple hours to break-in once you adjust them to fit. Otherwise, the cushioning memory foam is very pliable and comfortable. Finally, battery life is ridiculous, with LDAC and ANC on High taking about 3 hours for the battery readout to dip by 5%. You cannot go wrong with these if you after daily-driver over-ear ANC cans that can handle hours of listening at a time without blending in with everyone else in the crowd :3
