I have had loads of random health problems since recovering from serious illness in 2022 and someone recommended I try probiotics to see if it would help bring some kind of balance back to my system. I did a bit of research and found these to have all the recommended bacteria at high concentrations. So I gave them a whirl and definitely noticed a difference in my skin and my gut, and no yeast infections since I started them!! They taste alright too so I'm going to stick with them.
