Great idea, but fail overall

Purchased the NutriBullet Flip for blending powdered shakes for work (i.e. the ManShake) after good success with the MagicBullet at home. Such a great idea. Battery powered with insulated cup. Perfect for this application. However, doesn't do it very well at all. Put powder on top, stays as powder in the drinking hole. Put powder in the bottom, gets stuck in bottom in the corners. Small lumps throughout, which is not pleasant. Very difficult to clean too. Tried multiple times now, but sadly that's the end of using it. MagicBullet at home and just a shaker for work. Given it can't do powdered shakes, struggling to work out what other useful application for on the go use?
