Adults and children over 12 years: Day tablets: Take one yellow tablet up to three times a day. Night tablets: Take one purple tablet one hour before retiring.

Contains Zinc, which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period. Do not take if you are allergic to aspirin, are pregnant or breast feeding. In rare cases, valerian may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare practitioner. Do not drive or operate machinery after taking the night tablets. Not to be used in children under 12 years of age.
