NYX Butter Gloss Angel Food Cake

I bought this BUTTER LIP GLOSS in.BLINGED OUT! The reason I love it is because like the name suggests, it not only looks amazing with its mirror like shine and shimmer but it also conditions your lips too! So that’s a job spared and they do say a job halved is a job spared! Because of these things amazingly low price of these gorge butter glosses, I buy a few at a time and mix them to make my own and carry it on a keychain wherever I go! People always ask me where o got my lip gloss from. Of course I say NYX ….. with a touch of original thinking 🧩💚🧩😊

Just bought it. Looks SO good with eyeliner. Never liked wearing lip gloss but this is so good.

This lip gloss has been around for a while, and that is a testament to its popularity. it comes in a large range of shades, with the outer packaging colour-coded to match - no need to squint to read those tiny font shade names at the base of the tube. The shade names are dessert - I have Angel Food Cake (mauve pink), Creme Brulee (pale nude), Ginger Snap (chocolate brown) and Tiramisu (pink nude). It comes with a doe-foot applicator and the pigment provides sheer to medium coverage depending on the shade. The finish is a shiny and glazed full lip. It reminds me a lot of the old Avon glazewear lip glosses. Once dried down, there is a slight tackiness when you smack your lips, but it's not really sticky. It does transfer a little to cups etc but that is to be expected with this type of finish. I like colouring in my whole lip with a lip liner first, and then applying this on top so that there is always a base colour in tact. The glazed finish does seem to disappear after a few hours without retouching, but it doesn't leave my lips feeling dry even after it has faded. Overall it is a comfortable lip gloss that gives a nice glazed finish, that stops my lips feeling dry. It's reliable and does the job well. The shade range is good and it's very affordable.

Absolutely love this gloss!!! Perfect to apply ontop of a matte liquid lipstick for a subtle but statement glossy effect 😍

This is amazing. I had this product to test in return for my opinion. What a lovely lip gloss this is! Firstly, the package is so cute!!! I love it. The lip gloss looks amazing. It glides on so well and really makes my lips look fresh! I love the colour of it too. I take it everywhere with me. When my lips start to feel dry I apply this, and it really feels hydrated too.

I was looking forward to testing this butter gloss bling version and it didn’t disappoint. I received the shade bring the bling a sparkly champagne colour and it’s a beautiful shade. The lip gloss has a doe foot applicator and it provides sheer to medium coverage and so one swipe is enough to glide across your lips but you can also build the colour up by adding more swipes to desired colour payoff. It feels really comfortable on the lips and doesn’t feel sticky. Has a lovely shimmery and sparkly effect and also smells lovely too. I applied it with a lipliner and it looks fabulous. You can also apply alone or over lipstick too. It’s a fab size for carrying around with you for touch ups. There is a lovely shade range available for everyone

Extremely glittery, smooth and high pigment! Not sticky but moisturising !!

If you love the butter gloss then i definitely recommend this one for the up coming party season!! Its lightweight and smooth formula makes it feel effortless on your lips. I also found the glitter to not be too over powering or grainy. It lasted long time on my lips without drying them out!! Absolutely love this fir going out on date night and definitely for Xmas season!!
