(a) Deep Fry: 1. Coat 500g cubed chicken with 50g Obento Chicken Karaage coating mix. Leave to stand for 3 minutes.2. Deep fry in hot oil (160C-170C) for 3-4 minutes or until cooked.(b) Air Fry:1. Coat 500g cubed chicken with 50g Obento Chicken Karaage coating mix.2. Leave to stand for 3 minutes.3. Place chicken in air fryer and spray oil liberally.4. Set air-fryer to 200C for 10-12 minutes.5. Flip chicken halfway through.
